Adventures in Art: Nature Study @ Sinclairville Free Library

ADVENTURES IN ART:

NATURE STUDY

with Brenda Nickerson

Children will learn different art techniques (pencils, dry watercolor, flower pressing/leaf pounding, decoupage, etc.) to create a nature journal.
Each registered child will receive a spiral bound journal to create their nature art. Journals will be kept at the library throughout the summer and taken home at the last event.
Each session will teach a different art technique that can be used to “preserve” nature.
Participation in all four sessions is recommended, but; is not required.
Registration is Required. Click or call 716.962.5885 to sign up. Seating is limited.
All materials are provided. Program is for ages 6 and up.
Children who are registered for our Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Challenge will get to pick a jibbitz for attending this program.

FAMILY SING ALONG

with Hope Fredrickson

Join local library patron, Hope Fredrickson, as she leads families on an adventure in music. Bring your voice and instrument(s). Hope will play family friendly songs on our electric piano. Families are invited to sing or play along.
Program is open to the community.
Children who are registered for our Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Challenge will get to pick a jibbitz for attending this program.
